[Product characteristics]
The chemical fiber spinning agent is an antistatic softener specially developed for fabrics requiring strong re wettability. It has the advantages of softer, lubricated and expanded than cationic film, and overcomes the disadvantage of cationic yellowing. It belongs to low foam surfactant, and is an excellent product in nonionic softeners at present.
In addition to providing the fiber fabric with good fluffy and soft, lubricating hand feel and anti-static, it also makes the fiber and fabric not easy to yellowing;
It has strong hydrophilicity and can significantly enhance the water absorption and antifouling effect of fibers and fabrics.
[Application scope]
It is applicable to the spinning of synthetic fibers such as polyester, acrylic, nylon, wool and chlorine-fiber, and has excellent antistatic effect
[Chemical material method]
Dilute the chemical fiber spinning oil into 2 to 3 parts under stirring, stir evenly and set aside.
[Application process]
The use method of chemical fiber spinning oil is similar to that of film and silicone oil. It can be impregnated or dip rolled. Generally, the use amount of impregnation is 1-3% (o.w.f according to fabric weight) or dip rolled is 5-10 g / L.It is suitable for light colored fabrics such as white cotton cloth, denim containing chemical fiber, towel and blended fabric, which can achieve a particularly fluffy soft and smooth effect without affecting its water absorption.

In order to achieve good application effect, users are invited to conduct process test in combination with different equipment and fabric varieties to select the appropriate process;If it is mixed with other softeners or printing and dyeing finishing agents, please conduct compatibility test in advance to achieve the desired purpose.
[Storage and packaging]
Store in a cool and dry place, the storage temperature shall not exceed 50 ºC, and the storage period shall be one year;
The package shall be 52-120kg plastic drums and inner bags.
